Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 6,00,000 PA.
Job Responsibilities:
- To do all of the IPQC tests according to the production plan.
- To perform the SRD test, BET test, Virus titration test, Safety test in cell culture, Sterility test, Other extraneous agents in cell culture, avian viruses test in eggs and other IPQC test and maintain the records for the same.
- To assess timely calibration and validation of all of the critical equipment associated with IPQC.
- To prepare the sterility medium, agar plates and other solution necessary to carry out IPQC test.
- To perform all of the stability studies and prepared the validation protocol related to IPQC checks of focus and finish products.
- To keep the stock of all of the items like reference criteria, antiserum and NIBSC standard and the other materials associated with IPQC test.
- To monitor all the parameter of all the equipment present in IPQC laboratory.
- To observe all sterility checks of production samples.
- To perform all the environmental monitoring of the production area and take care of the record.
